Eid celebrations with eid special lunch

After the prayers of Eid, everyone tries to get to their animal for sacrificing them. it is generally agreed that if a person can afford Qurbani, they should perform it. Some people select animal few weeks earlier from Eid while others buys few days earlier. Animals are greatly taken care of before the eid because they were selected as ones favourite animal than the rest. Sacrifices of animal start after the prayer and expands to the third day of Eid. It is preferable that the meat be divided into three parts. One part for the self, one part for distribution between relatives and friends and one part for the poor and needy ones. When the meat gets ready and distributed; the taste part begins. Delicious meat dishes are cooked and tempting smell attract people to food tables.

Mutton Pulao is a dish fairly common on Eid and its a cuisine that incorporates mutton into a rice pilaf. Basmati rice is used while making the Pulao. The Pulao sometimes resembles with Mutton Biryani, But there are many differences between the both in spices. I suppose the battle of flavorful pulao and spicy biryani will ever end. There is nothing that can beat a plate of classic rich mutton pulao. On Eid when the variety of dishes increases; Pulao maintains its unique identity.

BBQ at Eid dinner is some times irresistible

Eid is also an occasion of get together, where people meet their families and loved ones. Together they share memories, laughter and this gives a perfect opportunity to have BBQ setup and enjoy the gossips. What would be more interesting than having a family gathering, a cool enough night to sit under the sky at night and have delicious BBQ food. I know anyone would love it.
