It's near the Barsat police checkpoint, towards Chumarkhan pass.
This whole region has volcanic activities so these springs are common all over Chitral and even Gilgit-Baltistan.
A similar spring is located in Kalash valleys, known as Achulgah valley, people with stomach issues visit that all year round.

Phander is a beautiful and magical place, views of Phander lake from the isolated PTDC motel capture one's attention. Feeling the cool breeze sitting up at the motel can get anyone in trance and one can sit for hours watching it.
