We usually have typical Desi recipes on Eid celebrations and have always opt simple & quick recipes! This recipe is quick and different in its way, usually chicken is being consider a main ingredient in most of the Italian recipes but here we replace beef with chicken and develop totally unique and authentic Italian taste of beef mince courtesy of Italian spices!

Cottage cheese in cubes
It's an Italian dish and its just a game of spices! Beef, mutton or chicken right quantity & combination can transform the whole meat! Anything can be possible, you just need a good sense of mixing up spices and skill to develop different tastes with the same ingredients!
Take a skillet add two tablespoons of olive oil, add garlic past and let it get Brown and then add tomatoes & green chilli chopped and stir well for 3-4 minutes.
Now add all the mentioned spices and mix it well. Now add vinegar, beef broth, Italian sauce, parmesan n cottage cheese and leave it on low a heat for two minutes.
Now chop the boiled beef in a chopper and add in the skillet, keep the heat medium and toss it well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Enjoy it with the noodles or rice
