Pasta is being made in a numerous ways either it's a pure italian or with some desi style. With the use of different spices pastas can be turned out to some scrumptious meal and a healthy treat for all age groups with an appropriate portion of nutritions. Let's have look on my recipe a fusion of Italian herbs and how to make a delish pasta that probably be in red sauce!

|3||Olive Oil||2-3 tablespoons|
|4||Italian Herb spice*||1 tablespoon|
|5||Italian sauce**||4 Tablespoons|
|6||Red chili with seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|7||Black pepper||1/2 Teaspoon|
|8||White pepper||1/2 Teaspoon|
|9||Cumin powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|11||Carrot cubes||1 cup|
|12||Capsicums cubes||1 cup|
|13||Black olives||2 tablespoons|
|14||Mushrooms||As per taste|
|15||KnN sausages or Chicken chunks||As per taste|
|16||Cheddar or Cheese||As per taste|
|17||Salt||As per taste|
|18||Boiled Penne Pasta||As much as you like|

1. Prepare Red Sauce
Heat up olive oil in a sauce pan and add chopped garlic, let it get brown. Now add Italian Herb and after 30 seconds add tomatoes. Cook it till its get softened. Add Salt, Cumin, Chili Seed, Black and White paper and cook till it turns to a sauce form(keep adding spoon of water meanwhile).Add Italian sauce and add half cup of water. Let it on a low heat for few minutes. Check if its in a thick form take off to stove.
2. Mix Pasta with Sauce
Add sauteed Carrots, Capsicum, Sausages in the Red Sauce, add Olives, mushrooms boiled pasta, small portion of cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and mix it well in a pan. Keep it on a low heat so cheese gets melt and mix in well.
You can also bake it for couple of minutes before serving, but that depends on your choice. Take out in dish sprinkle a little Italian herb and enjoy the tasty pasta.
